trazeno offers culinary experiences centred on South African breakfast culture. Our services include guided tours, workshops, catering and private events. The exact scope of each service is set out in the relevant booking confirmation.
An enquiry made through our website does not yet constitute a binding contract. A contract is only concluded once we send you a written booking confirmation.
In terms of section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, you may cancel an advance booking, subject to the reasonable cancellation charges set out in section 5 below.
All prices on this website are quoted in South African rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. The prices shown are starting prices and may vary depending on group size, region and specific requirements.
Final prices are stated in the booking confirmation. Payment is due in accordance with the terms set out in the booking confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel an event in the case of force majeure, severe weather or if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
To the extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and other applicable law, we are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. In cases of ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
Participation in our events is at your own risk, subject to your rights under applicable law. We accept no liability for valuables brought along to events.
